Privacy Policy

Overview

Brand OS is a brand operating system — a service that stores a company's brand strategy, voice, and design system and generates on-brand marketing drafts — operated by Space Co ("SP-CE", "we", "us"), a company operating in the United States and Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Brand OS web application and related services.

Brand OS is a managed product: accounts and brand systems are set up for clients by the Space team. We do not offer public self-service sign-up.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, work email address, and company, used to authenticate you, provision your workspace, and send transactional messages.
• Brand materials: the strategy, messaging, voice guidelines, templates, and other brand assets you or the Space team load into your workspace, and the assets you generate or upload for auditing.
• Performance signals: metrics you choose to share about how published assets performed, used to sharpen future drafts.
• Usage and device data: standard log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only to:

• provide, maintain, and improve your brand workspace, drafts, and audits;
• generate the assets, scores, and recommendations you request;
• authenticate you, secure your account, and notify you about your workspace;
• operate, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your brand materials. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers (subprocessors): we use trusted vendors for cloud hosting, database storage, and large-language-model processing that handle data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Model providers used to generate drafts do not train generalized models on your brand materials.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.
• Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account, your brand materials, and associated data by emailing us at the address below.

Security

We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.

International users

Brand OS is operated from the United States and Canada, and your information is processed there and in the locations where our service providers maintain facilities. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed in these locations, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Children

Brand OS is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
